We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address during checkout.

If a package is returned, delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply.

Risk of loss normally passes to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Etceterarium products are made to order.

Because each item is produced individually after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

incorrect size selection;
buyer’s remorse;
accidental orders;
preference-based decisions;
minor differences in color, appearance, or print placement caused by screen settings or production tolerances.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days after delivery at:

clear photos of the item;
photos of the packaging, if relevant;
a short description of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement item or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Returned items, where required, must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us or our production partner.
