Refund policy
ETCETERARIUM products are made to order.
Because each item is produced individually after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- incorrect size selection,
- buyer’s remorse,
- accidental orders,
- or preference-based decisions.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days after delivery at:

Please include:
- your order number,
- clear photos of the item,
- and a short description of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer:
- a replacement item,
- or a refund.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us or our production partner.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary.
